According to the announcement, the company will invest in the construction of Xi 'an Science and Technology Park project in Xi 'an High-tech Zone with self-raised funds of about 1.184 billion yuan, with a planned land area of 150 mu and a planned building area of 229,700 square meters; With self-raised funds of about 2.607 billion yuan, it invested in the construction of Wuhan Science and Technology Park in Donghu District of Wuhan, with a planned land area of 440 mu and a planned construction area of 514,800 square meters. With self-raised funds of about 1.672 billion yuan, it invested in the construction of Chengdu Science and Technology Park project in Tianfu New District, Chengdu, with a planned land area of 178 mu and a planned building area of 273,100 square meters. With self-raised funds of about 1.032 billion yuan, the project of Hangzhou Innovation Industrial Park is invested in Binjiang District of Hangzhou, with a planned land area of 56 mu and a planned building area of 171,800 square meters. The above project planning is used for Hikvision's research and development, office space and supporting implementation.

In addition, with self-raised funds of about 2.68 billion yuan, the company invested in the construction of Wuhan Smart Industrial Park project in Jiangxia District of Wuhan, with a planned land area of 500 mu and a planned building area of 515,000 square meters. With self-raised funds of 1.261 billion yuan, on the basis of the existing production base, it invests in the construction of Chongqing Science and Technology Park project in Dadukou District, Chongqing, with a planned land area of 152 mu and a planned building area of 171,000 square meters. The above two investment projects are planned for the production plant, warehouse and supporting implementation of the company.

The company stated that the purpose of the investment in the six projects is to meet Hikvision's growing business needs, to form office space that matches the business scale, and to help Hikvision expand the market where the projects are located.

It is noteworthy that the company said that it will rely on Chengdu Science and Technology Park to carry out R&D and innovation in the fields of smart city, system solutions and display and control, gradually expand from the hardware layer of smart city to the application layer and user display layer, and further enhance the competitiveness of the company's solutions in the market. Relying on Hangzhou Innovation Industrial Park, it will carry out R&D and innovation in the field of industrial automation and automotive electronics, focusing on the layout of intelligent camera, machine vision, mobile robot and other businesses.
